A scholar as well as a singer, Dr. Darnell has lectured on recital repertoire from Schubert to Berg. She is currently Head of Vocal Studies at Florida Gulf Coast University and is in great demand as a soprano soloist in major concert and oratorio repertoire. A recital to be treasured in your memory.

Lochrie, Miller, Baron - December 9, 2006

The combination of clarinet, viola, and piano produces a mellow sound of emotional intensity. Daniel Lochrie, clarinetist of the Nashville Symphony Orchestra, Margaret Miller, formerly violist of the Da Vinci String Quartet, and Michael Baron, Artistic Director of RMMA join forces to perform great music for this unusual combination of instruments. A highlight of this concert will include a trio by Mozart (in celebration of the 250th year of his birth) written while he was bowling. What???? You'll have to come to the concert to find out about that!!!
